I am a Professor at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts / Lucerne School of Engineering ...and Architecture. At the Institute for Innovation and Technology Management (IIT) I conduct research and I teach on the topic "Digital Business Engineering and Transformation". In the sense of Grounded Theory and through Action Research, I investigate the implications of the change from product-focused companies to knowledge-oriented business models and the transition to a Digtal Economy and a Digital Society. I am also the Founder and Director Applied Research of iProcess AG (ltd.), the Founder and Director Open Innovation of iBridge GmbH (llc.) and the Founder and Director Open Innovation of iConomy GmbH (llc.). I have thirty years of business experience and worked in expert and management positions for national and multinational companies, such as Zurich Financial Services, Ascom Telecommunications, Hewlett-Packard and various organisational consultancies. I live near Lucerne and I am fluent in English, German and Italian.
